In this regard, some experts said that the utilization of various biomass resources nearby can not only provide solutions for gas and heat supply in rural areas, but also an important measure to achieve the transformation of the national energy structure.
At the end of 2021, the National Energy Administration, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the National Rural Revitalization Administration jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating Rural Energy Transformation and Development to Assist Rural Revitalization". It is clear that a number of The goals of rural energy green and low-carbon pilot projects include biomass energy. Subsequently, the Ministry of Finance mentioned in the "Notice on Organizing the Application for Clean Heating Projects in Northern Region Winter in 2022" that it will continue to provide subsidies for biomass heating projects for a period of three years.
As one of the important clean energy sources, driven by a series of policies, rural biomass energy in my country is making great strides towards the forefront of development, and related industrial chains will also usher in new opportunities. Statistics show that my country produces nearly 1.2 billion tons of straw, 1.5 billion tons of forestry waste, and 1.8 billion tons of livestock and poultry manure every year, with utilization rates above 50%. These will become important resource supports for the development of biomass energy in rural areas.
At the same time, compared with actual demand, the current utilization rate of biomass in rural areas is still very low, with less than 100 million tons of agricultural and forestry waste used to generate electricity every year. And in the context of the accelerated replacement of coal power, both civil heating and industrial heat provide broad growth space for biomass power generation. Therefore, with the implementation of relevant policies, rural biomass energy is bound to usher in a wave of construction boom.
Practice has proven that the “agricultural services for resources” model can effectively promote the efficient use of rural biomass energy. According to reports, the focus of this model is to promote the industry to achieve "scale and cost-effective" development, with biomass energy-related companies taking the lead to form a "enterprise + service entity + cooperative + farmer" system. In this system, enterprises provide services to farmers, including crop sowing and harvesting, straw leaving the field and bundling, etc., to improve production efficiency.rate and obtain a stable source of biomass fuel.
Under the strategic background of rural revitalization, the integrated development of the above-mentioned agricultural industries is regarded as the "fourth creation" of farmers. The secondary utilization of livestock and poultry manure, straw, tail vegetables, domestic organic waste and other agricultural waste has also successfully achieved "turning waste into treasure".
