According to news on February 5, the Jieyang Mingyang offshore wind power equipment manufacturing base project located in Jieyang Huilingang Industrial Park has been put into operation recently. It is reported that the total investment of the project is 300 million yuan, and the annual output value is expected to reach more than 500 million yuan. The project mainly builds a new energy offshore equipment manufacturing base that integrates offshore wind power boosting systems, high-voltage DC grid-connected transmission systems and related supporting products.
It was reported on February 6 that the country’s first large-scale offshore wind turbine project with a capacity of 16 MW and above—the Three Gorges Group’s Fujian Zhangpu Liu’ao Offshore Wind Farm Phase II project started construction construction. The project plans to complete the first batch of units connected to the grid for power generation by the end of August this year. After all are put into operation, the annual grid-connected electricity will exceed 1.6 billion kilowatt-hours.
