Zhai Xuejun requested that the Hydrological Bureau of IOC and all relevant units should take the completion acceptance of the project as a new opportunity to seriously sum up experience and actively promote and apply good experience and practices in project construction. With a total investment of 67.8 million yuan, the project started construction on December 23, 2020 and was completed on December 20, 2021. The project follows the requirements of the "Smart Yongding River" framework, with "supervision, monitoring, evaluation, evaluation, dispatching, and early warning" as its core functions, and refers to the third-level requirements of network security level protection to complete the monitoring system, digital Yongding River platform, business system, 5 parts of construction content including security system and system integration. So far, the project has been tested during the flood season in 2022. It has also provided strong technical support for related work such as the ecological water volume dispatching of the Yongding River in spring and autumn in 2022. It has played a significant economic, social and ecological role in helping the continuous improvement of the Yongding River water ecology. benefit.
